Policies
Reservations:
A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 48 hours
prior to check-in time to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee. No-shows without a
valid cancellation number will be billed one night's stay.
Overbooking: We do not overbook.
Check-in/Check out: You may check in anytime after
3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-outs can be
arranged for an extra fee of $10.00 per hour to a maximum of 2 hours.
There is no late check-in time imposed. Your room will be held for you all
night. We do not sell your room if you are not here by a certain time and we do
not overbook.
Pets: Pets cannot be left in the room unattended. If you are bringing a pet, you must notify us at the time of registration. Pets are allowed with prior approval only and are allowed to stay in Smoke-Free or Smoking rooms. There is a non-refundable fee charged for a pet. There will be a $25.00 charge if you bring a pet into a room without approval.
